Registration Cancellation Policy

An administrative fee of $150 per registrant will apply for cancellations received before 31st January 2014.  This cancellation fee is applicable at any time.

Cancellations made after 31st January 2014, but before the 14th February 2014 will forfeit up to 50% of total registration payable (GST included).

Cancellations made after 14th February 2014 will not be refunded.

Delegates may nominate a substitute to attend in their place at any time.

Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival or early departures.

Any refund due will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.

Please note that all cancellations of registration must be received in writing.

Cancellation fees of hotel accommodation must be made directly with the hotel, refunds will be at the discretion of the hotel.
